PRODUCTION
LLK-International (LUKOIL Lubricants Company) manufactures’ oils at 8 plants of the LUKOIL Group, 4 of which are located in Russia. The Company also operates the production of a vast range of greases and additives at 2 JV plants in Russia and Belarus.
The highest quality of its unique products is ensured by a combination of cutting-edge developments, modern equipment and advanced technologies.
Products are delivered to Morocco from the plants located in Russia in the cities of Perm and Volgograd.
Perm Lubricant Plant, which is the flagship of modern oil production, is known to be one of the centers for lubricant innovations.
The plant produces 40 thousand tons of lubricants monthly.
2008 saw the introduction of the largest in Europe manufacturing facility for finished products in plastic canisters. The production capacity of this unit is up to 110 thousand tons.
Volgograd Plant is the largest production site of LLK-International LLC, which produces more than 500 thousand tons of lubricants annually.

Top quality of LUKOIL lubricants production is certified by
ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Having met the requirements of the standards, the company has become a first and service fill supplier for such world leaders as
VW, Ford, Renault, PSA, MAN, etc.
IATF 16949 (known as ISO TS 16949 till 2018) is an international automotive industry standard sourced from the American QS9000 which is based on the requirements of automotive leaders such as Chrysler, Ford and General Motors.
The permanent goal of certified plants is to continuously improve product quality and prevent potential defects, losses and errors on the conveyor. The IATF 16949 certificate availability guarantees that the quality of LUKOIL oils meets the requirements of international car manufacturers.

LUKOIL pays special attention to cooperation with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Currently, LUKOIL oils for first and service fill are delivered to more than 50 global manufacturers in the automotive and industrial sectors.
The company provides all the engine manufacturing plants in Russia with first-fill motor oils, and is also one of the top five suppliers of German automobile concerns in Europe.
Today, LUKOIL implements a collaborative R&D program together with OEMs developing new generation lubricants. . It covers about 20 projects aimed to create motor and transmission oils for modern automotive vehicles, including electric ones.
LUKOIL products have more than 1200 current OEM approvals from leading equipment manufacturers. These approvals cover a considerable amount of equipment used worldwide. Also LUKOIL oils and greases have been included in the Global lubricants list of industry leaders, such as SMS Group and ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions AG.
In 2019 the company won the contest of the Russian Automobile Forum and was awarded “Best Russian Exporter”. The forum particularly rated high Company’s achievements in the field of lubricants deliveries to international automotive concerns.
